Cumberland Green Metropolitan District

The Cumberland Green Metropolitan District is 265.70 acre development that is located approximately 16 miles Southeast of Colorado Spring and is located within the City of Fountain, Colorado. The District was created on December 14, 2005 and provides the following services under its approved Service Plan:

  • Parks and Open Space Maintenance
  • Covenant Enforcement
  • Payment of General Obligation Debt

Design/Review Commitee

Cumberland Green Metropolitan District Architectural Review Committee (ARC) are made up of current homeowners and volunteer their time to review all incoming improvement, change and modification requests submitted by homeowners. The requirement to submit is in place to ensure consistency, maintain property values and keep the character of the neighborhood in harmony. You can view the Design Guidelines on our documents page.
